Bikram's Hot Yoga:
This is the foundation class of Granite State Yoga. The Bikram series consists of 26 postures including 2 breathing exercises. The series is designed to rejuvenate and strengthen the entire body while improving flexibility. The room is heated to approx. 105 degrees to help promote flexibility and the release of the body's toxins. Participants range from beginner to advanced and the level of intensity depends on you.
Inferno Hot Pilates:
IHP is a 60 minute class using interval training and Pilates principles. It is a high-intensity, low-impact workout. The class is done in a 95 degree room with an upbeat soundtrack. It is a great compliment to your Bikram Yoga practice, it strengthens the core and increases flexibility. It is also wicked fun!
An hour long, non-heated, calming and restorative yoga class that is appropriate for all levels. This class will strengthen and stretch the whole body and leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
Intermediate Hot Yoga:
This series uses the strong physical and mental focus learned in the beginning series as the foundation to lead us to a more advanced yoga practice. This class offers students techniques for moving into further expressions in familiar postures from the beginner’s practice, as well as learn new postures and develop new abilities. It is 60-75 minutes and less formal.
